The Ultra O-s is the ideal symmetrical connector for a wide range of applications. Perfect for assisted braking devices, pulleys, swivels, and shackles, it offers stable load characteristics thanks to the ability of the attachments to self-center under load with minimal movement of the carabiner.

Main Features:

• Oval shape for symmetry: allows for central positioning of devices.
• Versatility: oval connectors are popular in rope access and tree care situations, where multiple connectors, slings, ropes, or even pulleys can be attached. They are equally effective in fall arrest situations or as part of a pre-configured rescue system.
• Load stability: the round shape of the basket allows any connection point to self-center when under load, avoiding the annoying click that often occurs with a D-shaped connector.
• Keylock closure: DMM's patented 'Taperlock' mechanism increases the push and twist resistance of the gate, using a special flared profile on the nose of the carabiner, ensuring a snag-free connection for ropes, slings, and devices.
• Safety bar option: many of our connectors can be supplied with cross holes to accommodate safety bars, ensuring that the direction of applied force in the event of a fall is along the main axis of the connector, offering maximum strength and holding power. The safety bars themselves are not for load-bearing use.
