Pinch is an assisted braking belay device for sport climbing multi pitch routes and rope access. It attaches directly to the harness central ring placing the device close to the body to improve brake hand control and simplify rope release. The compact design allows greater rope payout and front steel brake grooves provide a linear rope run to reduce tangles.
