HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
To return a product contact us at info@bikenos.com or use the contact widget located at the bottom-left of the screen.

Remember to include the order number and reason for the return so that the process is expedited.
HOW DOES A RETURN WORK?
The end customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product(s). Return shipping costs shall be borne by Bikenos in case the product received is different from what was ordered, not working or similar cases. In all other cases (such as purchase error by the customer, item not to the customer's liking, wrong size etc.) the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive the return we will check it, in the event that the product/package of the item is damaged and/or shows signs of wear and tear and/or does not conform to what was initially shipped, we will reserve the right to deduct a variable amount depending on the individual case from the final refund.

The refund once confirmed will be issued within 7 business days (in the event that the reason for the return is charged to Bikenos we will also refund the original shipping costs).
