PPE products for climbing and work at height CANNOT be returned for safety reasons.

This is to guarantee the integrity and safety of the end user, in compliance with European regulations on personal protective equipment.

Examples of NON-returnable products: Harnesses, dynamic and static ropes, climbing helmets, carabiners, belay devices, via ferrata kits, lanyards, shock absorbers
