The Silva running poles are made from 100% 3K carbon and weigh 352 grams per pair. If you're looking for a pair of lightweight trail running poles to go faster for longer, these poles will meet your expectations. Find the Perfect Pole Length
The Silva carbon running poles are available in 7 different lengths to suit your height with the most suitable pole length. The available lengths are 105, 110, 115, 120, 125, 130, and 135 cm. Find the correct pole length by measuring the distance from the ground to your hand, keeping your elbows at your sides, bent at about 90 degrees. The poles have extended grips so you can adjust your hold depending on how steep the terrain is.
Smart Z-fold Design
The poles are easy to attach to your running vest or backpack thanks to the smart Z-fold design, which means the poles fold into 3 sections. The quick lock ensures that the poles are reliable for running and minimizes the transition time from folded to full use.
Quick Release Gloves
The quick release gloves allow freedom of movement and are made from breathable material to provide you with a comfortable feel despite long hours of running in all weather conditions.
