These lightweight trail running poles, made from lightweight carbon, will allow you to maintain your pace uphill, improve stability on technical ground, and preserve your legs during long distances.

To choose the ideal length of the poles, measure the distance from the ground to your hand while keeping your elbows bent at about 90 degrees. Silva poles come with extended grips to adjust the hold based on the slope of the terrain.
Smart Z-fold design
The poles can be easily attached to your running vest or backpack thanks to the Z-fold design, which divides them into 3 sections. The quick-locking system ensures reliability and reduces the transition time from folded to fully extended.
Quick-release gloves
