Thanks to the Z-fold design, the poles fold into three sections, making them easy to attach to your running vest or backpack. The quick-lock system ensures reliability and reduces the transition time from folded to fully extended.
The perfect length of the poles can be found by measuring the distance from the ground to your hand while keeping your elbows bent at about 90 degrees. This ensures that the poles are suitable for your height and the type of terrain.
