The adjustable Silva poles are made from 100% 3K carbon and weigh only 440 grams per pair. If you're looking for lightweight trail running poles to go faster and longer, these poles will meet your expectations. Tested by experienced athletes like Mimmi Kotka and Petter Restorp, the poles have been refined thanks to their valuable feedback.
Available in two adjustable lengths (100-120 cm and 120-140 cm), the Silva poles perfectly fit your height. Measure the distance from the ground to your hand while keeping your elbows bent at about 90 degrees to find the right length.
Thanks to the extended grips, you can adjust your hold depending on the slope of the terrain. The length of the poles is easily adjustable with the aluminum Flicklock quick-locking system, which ensures reliability and reduces transition time from folded to fully extended.
The poles can be easily attached to your running vest or backpack thanks to the Z-fold design, which folds them into three sections. The quick-release gloves, made from breathable material, offer freedom of movement and comfort even during long hours of running in all weather conditions.
Be prepared for all seasons and types of terrain with the Silva poles, which include interchangeable concave carbide tips, replaceable rubber feet, and snow baskets. The concave tips allow for a natural movement while running and are designed to last for many miles.
