RETURNS POLICY IN BRIEF

Customers have the option to return one or more purchased products within 14 days from the date of order delivery.

All timelines are approximate and not binding, in case the shipment takes different time than indicated, there is no refund of the cost paid for shipping.

Delivery of Products

The timing of order processing varies depending on the products purchased, each product on its page contains this information.

Upon delivery of the shipment, the customer is required to check the external integrity of the package and if it is visibly damaged accept the package with reserve. In this way it is then possible to claim against the courier for any damage done to the products. In case the reserve is not made any damage caused by the courier can not be refunded.

In the case of destination address being part of remote areas/extra eu we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for the cost of delivery, which will be communicated by email. In case the customer refuses we will refund the order.

Right of withdrawal

The end customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product(s). Return shipping costs are borne by Bikenos in case the product received is different from what was ordered, not working or similar cases. In all other cases (such as purchase error by the customer, item not to the customer's liking, wrong size etc.) the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive the return, we will check it (the condition of the item must be the same as when it was delivered, including all its components/labels, otherwise the return will be refused) and issue a refund within 7 business days of the cost of the items (in case the reason for the return is borne by Bikenos we will also refund the original shipping costs).
