All times are indicative and non-binding, in the event that shipping takes different times than indicated there will be no refund of the cost paid for shipping.

Delivery of Products

Order processing times vary based on the products purchased, each product on its page contains this information.

Upon delivery of the shipment, the customer is required to check the external integrity of the package and if it is visibly damaged, accept the package with reserve. In this way it is possible to claim compensation from the courier for any damage caused to the products. If the reservation is not made, any damage caused by the courier cannot be refunded.

In the case of a destination address in remote/non-EU areas, we reserve the right to request a supplement for the cost of delivery, which will be communicated via email. If the customer refuses, we will refund the order.

Right of withdrawal

The end customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product(s). Return shipping costs are borne by Bikenos in the event that the product received is different from what was ordered, not working or similar cases. In all other cases (such as purchase error by the customer, item not to his liking, wrong size, etc.) the return costs are borne by the customer.

Once we receive the return we will check it (the condition of the item must be the same as when it was delivered, including all its components/labels, otherwise the return will be refused) and issue the refund within 7 days working hours of the cost of the items (if Bikenos is responsible for the reason for the return, we will also refund the original shipping costs).
