- Tubing: Made from Japanese 4130 crmo seamless tubing for superior robustness.
- Bottom bracket: Medium size 74 mm, CNC machined and heat-treated, with holes for gyro tabs.
- Head tube: 127 mm, CNC machined and heat-treated, with integrated headset.
- Dropouts: 7 mm heat-treated 4130 crmo micro-cast for increased strength.
- Brakes: Removable pivot 3 brake mounts, the frame is supplied without replacement brake hardware.

- New perforated top tube junction for enhanced strength and durability.
- New seat clamp made from lost wax casting.
- 127 mm high head tube to reduce the use of spacers with uncut forks, drilled for gyro tabs.
- Extruded top tube with integrated threading for cable guides.
- Ovalized chainstays resistant to dents.
- Wider rear triangle allowing space for a 2.4' tire.
- WTP top tube and down tube gussets.
- 6 mm seat clamp bolt.
