The stainless steel blade is designed to ensure high resistance to corrosion and superior mechanical performance. It offers excellent sharpness and abrasion resistance, ideal for contact with hard materials like ceramics. Unlike carbon steel, stainless steel does not require regular maintenance, but it may reach its limits in aggressive environments.

The traditional Yatagan blade, inspired by a Turkish sword, features a raised tip and a unique curved profile, ensuring robustness and effective re-sharpening.

The handle made of beech, sourced from French plantations, is hard, durable, and easy to work with. Finished for protection against dirt and moisture, its color ranges from yellow to pink.

Invented in 1955 by Marcel Opinel, the Virobloc safety ring is present on all folding knives starting from N°06. Carved from stainless steel, the Virobloc allows you to lock the blade both in the open position for safe use and in the closed position for safe transport.
