This knife is perfect for activities such as sailing, mountaineering, canyoning, caving, trekking, and paragliding. The Terra/Blue version is designed to withstand the most extreme conditions.
Main Features of the Opinel Outdoor Knife N.8:
- Durable Blade: With a thickness of 2.5 mm and a serrated area of 3.5 cm, it is ideal for cutting natural or synthetic ropes without fraying. Includes a hook for crickets from 4 to 10 mm.
- Sturdy Handle: Made from polymer reinforced with fiberglass, it resists impacts, water, and extreme temperatures (from -40°C to +80°C). Includes an integrated whistle with a power of 110 dB and a range of about 300 meters in open areas.
- Virobloc Safety Ring: Invented in 1955, it allows you to lock the blade in both open and closed positions, ensuring safety during use and transport.
