Tigon Trunnion Spring Shock Absorber - 205/62.5

The Tigon air-loaded spring shock absorber is an innovative DB Twin Tube shock that combines the sensitivity of a spring shock with the support of an air shock.

Thanks to the RAMP Tube Technology, patented, you will experience an unprecedented driving experience. This system offers a completely new structure that better withstands lateral loads and deformation forces, surpassing the limits of traditional spring shocks.

The RAMP Tube is a secondary air elastic element that works in sync with the main spring of the Tigon, controlling the progression curve of the shock absorber. This functionality allows the rider to continue relying on the main spring to set the sag, but with the possibility of adding up to 35% more progression compared to a traditional spring shock, using a simple shock pump.

Tigon expands the possibilities of using spring shock absorbers, offering a more robust and solid solution for frames with clavis or trunnion mounts, with highly adjustable bottom-out support.
